owh..aku slalu x breakfast,,dr zaman sek hingga zaman di Uni pun xbfast..aku slalu brunch trus, jimat duit! hehe breakfast + lunch = BRUNCH. tp bahaye oo..find out this artikel this morning,someone sent 2 my email..check it out..

1. No BreakfastPeople who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugarlevel..This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causingbrain degeneration.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brainstimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
